School Partnerships - Centerville Rose Hamilton Elementary

A school counselor noticed that a student's backpack had a broken zipper and knew that the student's parents were currently unemployed. Michelle worked with the counselor and the school principal and contacted the child's parents to obtain their permission. During lunch the day after receiving the backpack, the child went up to the principal and said "thank you" and gave him a hug!

Michelle is very kind and understanding towards the students and parents that she works with, even when this behavior is not reciprocated. Michelle cares deeply for the students in our school.
